Shermika – Owner & Head Groomer

Shermika is the founder of Shers Pups and Pals and the driving force behind the brand’s premium standard of care. Primarily based at our Mawson Lakes salon, she brings extensive hands-on experience and a passion for high-quality grooming. Shermika also works from our Strathfield location one week each month, ensuring consistency, training, and excellence across both salons.

 

Dana – Store Manager (Strathfield)

Dana is our Strathfield store manager and a highly skilled groomer with three years of professional experience. She plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of our salon, leading the team, and ensuring every dog receives exceptional care and attention.

 

Andria – Groomer (Strathfield)

Andria is a talented groomer with two years of experience, known for her gentle approach and attention to detail. She is passionate about making every grooming experience comfortable and stress-free while delivering beautiful results.

 

Aleks – Daycare Attendant & Assistant Groomer (Strathfield)

Alek supports both our daycare and grooming team, helping to ensure all dogs are safe, engaged, and well cared for throughout the day. His role is essential in creating a fun, structured environment while also assisting with grooming services.
