Cancellation Policy

🐾 Daycare Booking Policy At Shers Pups and Pals, we’re committed to providing a safe, structured, and fun environment for every pup. To help us deliver the best care possible, please review and follow our daycare booking policy: 📅 Bookings All daycare sessions must be booked in advance — no walk-ins. Limited spots available. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out. 🐶 Meet & Greet Required A free Meet & Greet is required for all new dogs prior to starting daycare. This allows us to assess temperament and group suitability. ⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Drop-off is available any time from 6:00 AM. If arriving before 9:00 AM, please message your day carer the night before to confirm. All dogs must be picked up no later than 6:00 PM. Late pickups may incur a fee of $10 per 15 minutes. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge. 💉 Health & Safety All dogs must be up to date with C5 vaccinations, worming, and flea control. Unwell dogs will not be admitted. Dogs must be desexed by 7 months unless otherwise approved. 🦴 Behaviour Policy Dogs must be social, non-aggressive, and suitable for a group environmen Salon Appointments Bookings are essential. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Please arrive on time to avoid delays or rescheduling. ❗ Cancellations & No-Shows We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee before future bookings can be made. ⏳ Late Arrivals If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service. 💳 Deposits A deposit may be required for new clients or high-demand appointment times. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours. 🐶 Behaviour & Safety We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of aggression or distress. All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and flea control. ⚠️ Risk & Responsibility While every care is taken, Shers Pups and Pals is not liable for any accidental injury, pre-existing condition reactions, or stress-related responses during or after grooming. 📞 Need to make changes?
