Service Description
Our boutique dog boarding service is available for December and January for small dogs who need safe, loving care while their owners are away. During the day, your dog will attend daycare at our Strathfield centre, then come home with us overnight for cozy indoor boarding in the lounge room, with outdoor access included. Boarding is limited to 4 dogs per week during December and January, so every pup still receives calm, personalised care in a small-group environment. Food is included, with Prime100 Salmon provided unless your dog has specific dietary requirements. Toys and bedding are supplied, so you only need to bring your dog’s harness and lead. Available for dogs under 15kg only.

Cancellation Policy
## Cancellation and Refund Policy Boarding bookings are limited and spaces are reserved specifically for each dog. Due to our strict limit of **2 boarding dogs per week**, cancellations affect our ability to offer the space to another client. No refunds will be provided for cancelled boarding bookings unless the booking is cancelled with **at least 1 week’s notice**. Cancellations made with less than 1 week’s notice are non-refundable. Shers Pups and Pals reserves the right to cancel a booking if a dog does not meet our boarding requirements, appears unwell, has undisclosed health or behavioural concerns, or is unsuitable for boarding.
